Online Learning:
Online learning is always challenging considering voice lag, synchronization, and other technical glitches. However, A Musical Harmony and our renowned faculties are so committed to providing the knowledge in a proper way, and we are trying to give our best each time.
Classical Music is the base or soul of all Music forms. The young generation is losing interest in learning Classical Music due to a lack of knowledge about it. The core objective of this workshop was to create awareness or to educate them via short theory and practical Way.
Participants learned Basic Knowledge of Swara, Basic information of Music, Raag Parichay, and a Song.
The Best part of the Workshop was participants tried to sing and performed in front of the faculty and each participant got correction at the same time from the faculty.
In online classes usually, faculties are not focusing on this thing, and learning Music from Youtube will also not give you this facility.
Learning:
On the First day of Workshop participants learned Swar, basic Alankars, and scale/pitch practice.
On the second day, participants learned a beautiful song based on Bhup Raag. In the prolonged session every one missed realizing the session time.
Bhup Raag
This raga is the raga of Kalyan Thatta. Since the two vowels ‘Madhyam’ and ‘Nishad’ are forbidden in this raga, the caste of this raga is Audav-Audav.
The plaintive tone of this raga is ‘Gandhar’ and the conversational tone is ‘Dhaivat’.
This rage is sung in the first watch of the night.
Raag Deshkar is a raga similar to this raga.
This is devotional nature Raag.
At the end of the session, participants were happy to learn something new, A big Thanks to Nishigandha Madam for the wonderful two days session.
That’s the biggest satisfaction for any faculty, we are looking forward to creating more and more such opportunities to learn and share positivity through our Musical initiative.
To all Music Lovers, we would like to announce that, new batches are starting from August 1st Week.
